Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Shipments are sent via Aramex or Pudo (Locker-to-Locker / Door-to-Door) delivery services.

If you prefer to use your own courier, please contact us before selecting this option — additional costs may apply.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, Galactic Traders is committed to providing excellent service and timely delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees may vary depending on the total weight and destination of the shipment.

We recommend grouping multiple items into a single order to reduce shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot combine separate orders placed at different times — each order will incur its own shipping fee.

Packaging and Handling

All packages are dispatched at the buyer’s own risk, but we take special care to ensure that fragile items are securely packed.
Boxes are appropriately sized, and all items are well-protected to minimize the chance of damage during transit.
