We make use of delivery companies such as Aramex, Pudo Lockers, and PostNet to perform deliveries on our behalf. These companies only have access to the information necessary to complete their deliveries.

It is the responsibility of the user/member to protect their account login details and password. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to release information to proper authorities to comply with the law, enforce site terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and Galactic Traders.

Galactic Traders uses a secure digital certificate to encrypt all pages where customer data is displayed or captured.
Our web hosts provide fully secured servers with appropriate security measures in place.

6. Shipping and Collections

Galactic Traders offers delivery through Aramex, Pudo Lockers, and PostNet, which can take up to 5 working days.
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery services for heavier or oversized parcels, priced accordingly.

Deliveries will be made to the address provided on your account.
Risk of loss passes from Galactic Traders to the courier upon handover to the delivery agent.

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
Once payment has been confirmed, deliveries are usually dispatched within 48 hours (or sooner when possible, typically by 3 PM).

Each order will receive an Order Reference Number for proof of purchase and communication purposes.

7. Payment and Pricing

Galactic Traders accepts the following payment methods:

Prices displayed online are the same as in-store.

Orders will only be shipped or released for collection once full payment has cleared in our bank account.

If there are any changes in pricing or delivery costs for your order, we will notify you. Your order will be suspended until you approve the changes.
If no confirmation is received within 3 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

8. Refunds, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

All damaged goods must be reported within:

48 hours for CD and cartridge games

5 days for electronic goods

If products are found to be damaged or faulty after inspection by Galactic Traders, they will be exchanged for the same item.
All returns must include the original packaging and contents.

If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

If a refund is processed for a card payment, a 3.5% fee will be deducted to cover transaction costs.

If you received an incorrect item due to our error, you may return it for a full refund or credit.
Galactic Traders will cover return delivery charges only if the mistake was ours.

We strive to maintain accurate product listings, but Galactic Traders cannot be held liable for unfulfilled orders due to errors or stock inaccuracies from our suppliers.

If an item is faulty (within 48 hours for games or 5 days for electronics), contact us for assistance. Return courier costs are your responsibility.
